Terms of Service

By creating an account and using HOBOS ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

HOBOS is a travel expense tracking application that allows users to record expenses, scan receipts, and manage trip budgets.

You must provide a valid email address to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You must be at least 14 years old to use this service.

You may only use the App for lawful purposes.

You must not upload illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content.

You must not attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the App.

All content, design, and code of the App are owned by the HOBOS team. User-uploaded receipt images and data remain the property of the user.

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

The App is provided "as is." We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from inaccurate receipt parsing, currency conversion errors, or data loss.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. After requesting deletion, you have a 30-day recovery window — logging back in during this period will restore your account.

After the 30-day window, all personal data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms with notice through the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
